Information collected through Microsoft Bookings

If you book a meeting through Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft may process booking-related information such as your name, email address, selected meeting time, meeting service, and any information you enter into the booking form.

Website and technical information

When you visit this website, basic technical information may be processed automatically, such as:

  • IP address
  • browser type
  • device type
  • pages visited
  • date and time of visit
  • security and server log information

This information is generally used to operate, secure, and improve the website.

Website hosting and security logs may be processed by our hosting provider to operate the website, monitor performance, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain security, and generate basic aggregate website statistics.

3. How we use your personal data

We use personal data for the following purposes:

  • to respond to enquiries
  • to schedule and manage meetings
  • to prepare for introductory or diagnostic consultations
  • to provide consulting services where agreed
  • to communicate with prospective and existing clients
  • to manage business administration, invoicing, and accounting
  • to maintain website security and prevent misuse
  • to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations

4. Legal bases for processing

Depending on the situation, we process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Pre-contractual steps or contract — when you contact us, request a consultation, book a meeting, or discuss potential services.
  • Legitimate interests — to respond to business enquiries, manage client relationships, operate the website, improve services, and protect the website from misuse.
  • Legal obligation — where we need to keep records for tax, accounting, legal, or regulatory purposes.
  • Consent — where consent is specifically requested, for example for optional communications or non-essential cookies, if used.

5. Microsoft Bookings and Microsoft 365

We use Microsoft Bookings and Microsoft 365 to manage meeting bookings, calendar invitations, Teams meetings, and related communications.

When you book a meeting, your booking information may be processed by Microsoft as part of the Microsoft 365 service. This may include your name, email address, selected time slot, meeting details, and any information you provide in the booking form.

You can review Microsoft’s own privacy information on Microsoft’s website.

6. Who we share personal data with

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share personal data with service providers where necessary to operate the business, including:

  • Microsoft 365, Microsoft Bookings, Outlook, and Teams
  • website hosting providers
  • email and communication providers
  • accountants, legal advisers, or professional advisers where required
  • public authorities, regulators, or courts where legally required

Where third-party service providers process personal data on our behalf, we use them for business purposes such as hosting, communication, scheduling, administration, or legal compliance.

7. International transfers

Some service providers may process or store data outside your country or outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or equivalent protections provided by the relevant service provider.

8. How long we keep personal data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

As a general guide:

  • enquiry and booking information may be kept for up to 12 months after the last interaction, unless a client relationship is established
  • client and project records may be kept for the duration of the relationship and for any legally required retention period afterwards
  • invoice, tax, and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable law
  • website security logs may be kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting purposes

Actual retention periods may vary where required for legal, accounting, dispute resolution, or security reasons.

9. Your data protection rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • request deletion of your personal data
  • request restriction of processing
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • request portability of your data
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

If you are located in Bulgaria, you may contact the Commission for Personal Data Protection. You may also contact the data protection authority in your country of residence or workplace, where applicable.

To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@cometazur.com.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to certain requests.

10. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no website, email system, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should avoid sending highly confidential or sensitive information through website forms, booking forms, or ordinary email unless appropriate safeguards have been agreed.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

This website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the website to function properly, maintain security, remember basic preferences, or support normal website operation.

Our hosting provider may also process server log information for security, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and basic aggregate website statistics. Server logs are not the same as optional analytics or marketing cookies.

If you use the embedded booking calendar or interact with Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft may set or use its own cookies or similar technologies as part of providing the booking service. These are controlled by Microsoft and are subject to Microsoft’s own privacy and cookie information.

We do not currently use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or behavioural advertising tools. If we later add optional analytics tools, such as Microsoft Clarity or similar services, we will update this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy and, where required, request consent before those tools are used.

For more information, see our Cookie Policy.

12. Links to third-party websites

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Microsoft Bookings. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites. You should review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
